iLens provides digitally fabricated media detection and content authenticity certification. When you upload a video, our platform analyzes it using a multi-signal detection pipeline and issues a cryptographically signed forensic certificate recording the analysis result, a SHA-256 hash of the file, an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp, and a blockchain anchor on the Polygon network.

You must be at least 16 years old to use iLens. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free accounts receive 10 credits per day, with each analysis consuming 5 credits. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC. We may adjust credit allocations at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain all rights to the videos you upload. By uploading a video, you grant iLens a limited, temporary license to process the file solely for the purpose of performing the requested analysis. This license terminates when the file is deleted from our servers, which occurs within 60 seconds of the analysis completing.

Our system is calibrated to a 0% false positive rate, meaning it will not incorrectly flag authentic footage as fabricated. The false negative rate is approximately 17%, meaning some sophisticated digitally fabricated content may receive an inconclusive or authentic result. This limitation is disclosed in every certificate.
If you intend to use a certificate in legal proceedings, you are responsible for ensuring its admissibility and for retaining qualified expert witnesses as required by applicable rules of evidence. We can provide technical documentation and testimony support under a separate engagement.
The iLens platform, brand, detection methodology, certificate format, and all related technology are the property of iLens Inc. and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and pending patent. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any iLens intellectual property to you.
The forensic certificate issued for your video is yours. You may use it, share it, and submit it as evidence without restriction, provided you do not alter it. Altering a certificate invalidates the cryptographic signature and constitutes tampering.
We will do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email if changes are material.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iLens Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on a certificate result in legal, editorial, or business decisions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iLens Inc. from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iLens Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
